It's too bad you folks are unclear on the concept that the free ride for the homeless in "Dysfunctional Disneyland", better known as San Francisco, is coming to an end. The days of high GA payments, no responsibility, abuse of shelter, detox and primary treatment bed are gone. Why don't you look at how every other county in California handles the homeless and then continue to complain about how "insensitive" this city is?

SF is an attraction for the homeless because you can drink, use, beg on steal and not go to jail. Harm reduction rules this city and it solves no problems.
