Broadband Video of Manchester ANL Anti-Racist Carnival Part 1

This is the first half of a broadband version of a dial-up version of the video file I posted earlier today. It is about a highky successful anti-racist carnival in Manchester, GB that happened on 1st September. This clip features the amazing Billy Bragg singing some beautiful and orginal songs with an anti-racist theme.
