How to fight back against Anti-Gun/Pro-Criminal States and Municipalities within the United States.
We advocate the filing of Multi-Million Dollar Lawsuits against all State and local Governments That limit or restrict your RIGHT to keep and bear arms when it leads to the inability to protect yourself from the Criminals that these municipalities and States protect.
They know full well there are not enough police to protect the Individual Citizen...Even the police will tell you this....Therefore ANY City or State that denies or limits your RIGHT to carry a weapon for defense is Liable for any and all damages and/or Injuries to your person. Period. And should be sued for a minimum 1 Billion Dollar settlement out of Court. And an Immediate and effective Change within the law in 90 days as a part of the settlement.


How to fight against States and Municipalities that ban your second Amendment Right to defend yourself against crime and Violence.
You've heard about the malicious and baseless gun manufacturer lawsuits, and you've probably heard of the underhanded sneaky and cowardly way that the disgraceful un-American Pro-Communist Governor Gray Davis of California Fooled and lied to the citizens of California about the supposed assault rifle registration and summary outlawing of such legal defense weapons.
Every body knows, or at least should know that there are never enough cops to go around. To protect the Individual Citizen. Ask any cop, they will tell you that it IS NOT their job to protect YOU as an Individual, rather the community as a whole. If you did not know this before you do now. This brings me around to my point: If a State County or Municipality bans or limits to the/a point of uselessness your right to protect yourself from crime W/I that Community, and that entity knows there are not enough cops to go around, then that entity is Liable for any and all damages to you your person or family members for failing to protect you from such crime.
Applied logical Liability against a State City or such Municipality:
A). They knew that crime existed before the incident. B). they knew ahead of time there were not enough police to protect the individual citizen in the event of any bodily injury crime. C). They intentionally deprived you of your right to protect yourself under the United States Constitutions 2nd Amendment. which could have diminished or at least reduced any possible injuries sustained under a criminal attack.
Remedy for Municipal Denial of 2nd Amendment Rights resulting in Injury:
1). If and When you become the victim of any type of violent crime when you are W/I any State City or County where your right to carry a weapon "open" W/O permit has been violated, denied or otherwise restricted you should hire an attorney (personal Injury & Constitutional) and file against at least these entities: The State in which the crime occurred, include the Governor, the City the Mayor the Chief of Police. Just these as a Minimum starting point. Sue each one for a minimum of 10 million out of court, 100 million if they want to take it to trial.
2). Deal with the State to Re-Instate full 2nd Amendment rights to the Citizens of that state W/I 180 Days of Court Judgment. A minimum of open carry being acceptable.
It's time to send These Non Constitution observing, Un-American, Anti-Gun States a message that the 2ND Amendment will NOT be denied to any Legal citizen of this Country. And that the right to protect ones self or family will not be limited or restricted maliciously ever again.
