Open Meeting about January 18th Anti-War Protests

by Open Meeting
Information about an open meeting to share and discuss ideas for January 18th and other upcoming protests.
OPEN MEETING
to coordinate more militant and creative action
at the ANTI-WAR DEMONSTRATION
January 18th IN SAN FRANCISCO
all interested groups and individuals are welcome

January 17th, 6:30pm
At New College in San Francisco
766 Valencia, Room 23

As the US sends troops to the gulf, the anti-war movement is calling for more demonstrations. In San Francisco there will be a large march on January 18th, 11am at Embarcadero and the day the war starts there will be a protest at 5pm, at Powell and Market. Come out in solidarity!

BUT COME OUT AND ACT. Let’s plan protest that actually threatens the war profiteers and disrupts their functioning. We want to plan more militant and creative action to occur at these large marches. Come to this meeting to share ideas, so that we can all watch out for each other and be more effective.
