Test Run? What else? It's been public for weeks that on 7 am on the first weekday after/if new starts in Iraq the financial distirct will be shut down. Even the mainstream media has announced it. Today, the mainstream media was in the midst of it, getting shoved around with the rest of us. One thing is clear to me, and I have video, is the that the horses they ride spooked real easy today.
