Declaration of the Free State of Boston

The government of the United States of America, having cast away its legal foundation, is hereby declared null and void.  It being the right of all sovereign individuals to freely associate and form among them voluntary institutions for the benefit of their community, we hereby declare the Free State of Boston, an independent territory no longer governed by the former United States of America.

We call upon all free women and men to join in a declaration of independence.  We appeal to all members of the antiwar community, as groups and individuals, to discuss among each other, our future as an independent state.
