If the public elected Hitler would you just sit back and say that it most be ok? A majority may support attacking outsiders or killing minorities but that doesnt make it right. Bush is expansionist and is a threat to civil and human rights in the US as well as around the world.

So what happened with the arrestees today? The Chronicle reported that 57 were arrested for failure to disperse. That was sketchy because they were quickly walking down the sidewalk as the time, and notes were not taken as to who was doing what - because there was really minimal damage done. Probably the worst was some graffiti on a bus, plastic trash barrels knocked over, and then the bank thing by a couple of people - although I think they ran away and weren't with the arrested group.
