Sacramento Earth Day is in a pickle!
They are having problems with new insurance requirements for holding the
Sacramento Earth Day Celebration at Sac State again this year, and they
are having a meeting Wednesday, Nov. 10, at 6:30? at the Garden & Arts
Center in McKinley Park to figure out what they can do about it. If you
have any input or ideas or solutions go to this meeting and help them out.

The Future of Food Film showing in San Francisco.
Anyone interested in seeing "Future of Food" (on fighting GMO products) in
SF Th 11/11 @ 7pm @ a $10 benefit for Slow Food, where the filmmaker,
Deborah Koons(?) Garcia & Michael Pollan & others will be on a panel
afterwards? I'm considering going. If you'd want to, pls give me a call.
