Subject: Please come to Richmond City Council Tomorrow Tuesadya at 5:30 pm

It is important that you come and provide Public Comment at the
City Council meeting, tomorrow Tuesday June 19, 01.

The Study sssion starts at 5:30 pm. (Only today we learned this)
Get there ASAP and fill-in a pink slip requesting to speak on the
East Bay MUD presentation.

If you get there by 5:45 you will still be able to speak.

Your message should go in two directions:

1) Encourage Richmond City officials to resolve to use EBMUD as
electricity provider

2) Support for EBMUD representative to take on electricity
distribution for Richmond and the East Bay.

Put forward whatever reasons you have for wanting PUBLIC POWER
and for wanting the East Bay MUD to do it.
