Earth First! vs. FBI - The Next FBI Scandal?
The FBI, the Oakland Police Department, and individual agents/officers of both organizations are being sued for Civil Rights violations.
They are charged with false arrest, unlawful search and seizure, and conspiracy to violate Judi Bari and Darryl Cherney’s First Amendment rights by falsely associating them with terrorism in order to undermine their political organizing with Earth First!

Final Pretrial Hearings were heard at the Oakland, CA Federal Courthouse on July 27th.
The case will go to trial October 1.
