Puerto Rican police, federal marshalls with shotguns, US Navy police, a tank.. but protesters sneaking onto the range have still managed to (at least temporarily) halt the bombing operation.. this just days after 70% of the residents of Vieques voted for an immediate cessation of all bombing..
