U.S. Military HAARP Project in Alaska

There's a HAARP Project in Alaska where our U.S. government can change the weather. Are they using this technology now? Would someone in the media report on this HAARP Project?

More crack pots. So what about the bill in congress that would make it
illegal to buy a computer that doesn't have special music industry features
added to it? Lets get worried about real stuff.

Yes, they can. Yes, they do. The government conducts cloud seeding to bring rainfall to some areas and decrease it in others. By releasing vapor trails of chemicals into the atmosphere, they can induce precipitaion.

please, clue me in on why exactly people answer this bullshit? we all know why "judi/sharon" writes them, i.e. because s/he is a complete asshole and can't seem to contribute anything even vaguely relevant to an even vaguely important conversation?
