It sure as hell does matter. It's like the difference between accidentally hitting a person with your car, and proceeding to try and help them, versus mowing them down with a machine gun and laughing.
It's the distinction that you don't seem to understand, and causes you to make wildly innapropriate analogies about US motives in the war against terrorists.
Instead of sitting on the sideline taking potshots based on your assumptions about who I might or might not be-- please address the facts or discussion at hand.
