afghani cricket team players plead for an end to vicious bombing raids
PESHAWAR, October 31 (PNS): Most of the Members of Afghan Cricket team are unwilling to go back to their country due to heavy bombardment by US coalition forces and risky circumstances thereon.

While talking to PNS here on Tuesday after taking part in the matches at Arbab Niaz Stadium, the players said that they had no affiliations with any of the groups and were a symbol of peace and harmony by their sportsmanship.

It was also uncovered that most of the players were Pakistani Afghan refugees from Peshawar and Quetta and had not even seen their country for once. The players said that they were committed for the growth of the game in their war ravaged country and called upon international community for a peaceful solution of the present situation.
