GOVERMENT EDUCATION TURNING THINGS UP-SIDE DOWN

BI-FIN Finnish Government Court Notaricus Publicus title takes 120 university points to graduate, from which one point equals to week’s work. The title justifies government worker making judgements in front of Court and has as much as 10 units other than law. - A layer must take 160 points, from which 27 are other than law.
This means to eg. medical or engineering cases, that person making judgements with 120 units may have 10 units medicine or engineering, and these people are thinking themselves ready for brain surgery or running analyses on a micro-chip. -Just pass on them the surgery knife and they soon tell you what went wrong! Or if I am not mistaken, then it explains why Finnish people loose their property at Finnish Court room.
What is the purpose of having legal or juridical court system filled with people, who are not able to understand their lack of common sense or have personality disorder due to their power of able to do judgements? None, from a scientist point of view, and newer will be; to understand your judgement you need to understand the subject and the law. Specially, when it comes down to scientific matters. But how could these people understand anything about science, if Finnish university scientists are not co-operating even at the lobby level. Please SMS (Save-My-Soul)!

Ps. Could someone send a copy to any agency; these people are simply mad.
