We are at a turning point in our campaign to stop California from building
its 24th new prison in 20 years, a $595 million prison slated for Delano.
Thus far we have been successful, delaying groundbreaking for over a year by
mobilizing grassroots opposition in Delano and statewide and winning our
environmental lawsuit.

The state legislature will be considering funding for the Delano II prison
in April and we need to PACK THE HEARING ROOMS! We can win this historic
battle but we need your support!
