Bill Doherty, San Francisco native and activist, passes away at the age of 28

Bill was the kind of guy who you would run into on the street and spend a half-an-hour talking to before you went on your way again. His vivacious spirit and keen, progressive values were sincere and heart-felt. His absence wil benoticed.
