The only real way to get him to leave this site alone is to get ahold of his real name and contact information. I really doubt his boss, coworkers, business partners etc.. would think highly of most of the semipornographic attacks he posts. And that in itself could stop him if we knew who he really was.

SF Indymedia could pursue a legal case with Earthlink and get his name that way but most free lawyers arent going to help us with that. But, someone with enough free time on their hands could probably figure out who he is is from just the stuff on the Berkeley Barb site (there are probably only several thousand male UC Berkeley alumni from the 80s or early 90s with current addresses in Manhattan)

From his posts it seems like hes some sortof writer. When he says "my line of work" I would guess that would be someone else who writes a similar type of column for a newspaper or someone who writes a similar style of book. But, even though he tries to be stylistic with his decription of where he lives it really sounds contrived so its hard to really see him as a serious writer. And, if he can afford to live in Manhattan that already says hes not writing novels etc.. but is probably writing a column for a business magazine or something similar that doesnt require great writing skills but still pays a good amount.

I'm thinking that he's not. I'm thinking he probably doesn't live in Manhattan or have any kind of work as a writer.
