Uncorroborated but interesting -- caller notes that a couple of police officers were crying, presumably because they were upset by what they were seeing other officers do (that's what the caller was suggesting -- I donno....just noting what the guy said!); 20 or more people being arrested at 8th and Market; rest of clip has discussion about the day
