SFSU Classes Cancelled Friday for RAYGUN! Idiotic
This is insane. The man who armed Iraq in the 80s is a reason to close school? I hope that students and others will organize and use this to educate people on who Raygun really was. Other government agencies are also closing that day. What BS!!! This needs to be the massively educate on Ronnie Raygun day. Hang banners at the very least.

We have just received notice that, consistent with the Governor's
Proclamation, this Friday, June 11, 2004, all classes will be cancelled and
the University will be closed as a day of remembrance in memory of
President Ronald Reagan.
Employees who may be required to work may be granted the equivalent time
off at a later date in consultation with their supervisor. Employees who
would otherwise be scheduled to work but are on vacation, sick leave,
Personal Holiday, or Compensating Time Off may refrain from charging leave
for Friday or be granted the equivalent time off prior to August 1, 2004 in
consultation with their supervisor. Finally, employees who have the day off
as part of their regular work schedule, may be granted the equivalent time
off within this June pay period in consultation with their supervisor.
Should you have any questions, please contact Wanda Humphrey, Payroll
Officer, at extension 82628.
