Congrats to Faultlines folks, from a sister project
Congrats on your issue. Some of the Indy folks in DC are gearing up for their first issue of another alternative paper. So it seems like syncronicity or something.

and the designers who may design ads in between layout sessions.

The first issue will be a sample issue. In it we will ask for feedback and participation from people in different areas of the city. Online, people can email their comments and ideas to comments (at) washingtonspark.org
There are four sections: World / City / Neighbors / You
The World section will have news from Independent media sources (such as http://www.indymedia.org).
The City section will have news from local independent sources. The Neighbors section will have reporters and photographer that ideally will live in the neighborhoods they are reporting on. And the You section will contain arts & culture, education, do-it-yourself, and other person-centered content.
We’ll attempt to match advertisements with the most appropriate section of the paper. We have an ad policy and rates that favor artists & self-employed, small businesses, and non-profit organizations. And individuals or groups can get display ads for as low as $30.
For more information please go to http://www.washingtonspark.org or call mark at 202-462-3270.
