Its starts around 5p.m.
Its the first one and will be historic.

Various times have been published.

One problem is this-- for a march, you should publish the time to gather, and ALSO the time when the marchers will step off (for example, see the Dyke March).

Anyway, I'll try to get there around 5-6,
but I'll be prepared to hang out until 7 if necessary.

That's a good policy.
