Operation Hard Drive-by

This is a proposal to create a global campaign (or at least in the 4 key countries) to symbolically deliver old hard drives to authorities in each country, with a press release and lots of people, and keep doing it regularly in a different location each time until they meet our demands.
So far there have been two actions of this kind:
