2/13 Placerville Protest Against Hate

by El Dorado Community Round Table
Come join the rally on Sunday February 13 from 2-5.
Meet at the Court House Steps on Main Street in
Placerville. Bring signs that are positive.
(Placerville welcomes all, Hate not in our town, Good
neighbors come in all flavors...)
Human Rights Round Table have been actively working to promote peace
and end ALL types of discrimination in Placerville. The "gaymarriageno"
people have really been hassling them and trying to turn the entire
discussion into a forum for their position on gay marriage.

The Human Rights Round Table is having a rally on Sunday & any support
from the Sacto community would definitely be welcome!

Living in safe SF, I admire the courage of activists who live in "redstate" (aka "redneck"?) areas like the Central Valley.

A few centuries ago, I faced similar hostility as an activist for racial equality in the segregated South. But that was when I was 17 to 21; more courageous than I am today.

We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
