Palo Alto Police Officers Kan and Lee were put on trial for beating and pepper spraying Albert Hopkins on July 13, 2003. The first trial ended in a hung jury 8-4 in favor of conviction. Please attend this important hearing in support of a new trial.

I just learned that the Summary Judgment hearing in the Tran case has been rescheduled for June 21. There will be no court hearing on Monday May 2, 2005! When I get more details about the June 21 date, I will post the info. to the group.
