Secret Link on Fresno County Sheriff's Website
Will the Department of Homeland Security be investigating Fresno Sheriff's Department's ties to old Soviet Union?
The Fresno County Sheriff's website links to a New York Times web page containing the details of a 1991 film made in the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics called "Staru-kha-rmsa."
The link is hidden behind a small image of a padlock that is found immediately after the words "Fresno County Sheriff's Department" on the site's masthead. Clicking on the padlock image brings the viewer to the New York Times web page at http://movies2.nytimes.com/gst/movies/movie.html?v_id=172016.
The Fresno Sheriff's Department has been the subject of a number of IndyMedia and Fresno Bee articles about corruption, spying, and malfeasance over the past few years and a report on these and other matters is due shortly from the California Attorney General.

§Thanks for not giving us any details
Thanks for not telling us what the significance of this is, or are we supposed to do the research ourselves?

It looks like a broken link that is http://staru which may be a link that only works internally at the sherif department and probably is the initials for some internal system. Since the link doesnt work for you machine your browser is likely going off and doinga search via MSN or whatever other site your browser is hooked into and returning the first result it gets which in this case is a movie that contains that word.
