ALERT: GANG RAPE OF GAY COUPLE IN LOWER BAY AREA AS SMILING SAN JOSE POLICE WATCH!

February 17, 2006 - this is a date that will be burned into two young men's memories forever as a horrible Friday night. However, the same memories will be laughed about in the PUGLICE barracks locker rooms! Details follow:

At about 1:25 in the morning, two young men, unidentified by this author because of my cowardice, left the Renegades bar (located on Stockton St. in San Jose) and began walking away in a southernly direction towards the Pavillion. A puglice cruiser sat by the curb nearby, apparently looking for trouble. But when they saw trouble, THEY DID NOTHING BUT WATCH WITH SMILES ON THEIR FACE!

The trouble began when 4 men surrounded the two gay men almost immediatrely after leaving the bar. The 4 men apparently were standing in some trees and smoking. They began pushing the men and hitting them. I was across the street and I stopped to watch, not knowing exactly what was happening (maybe they were friends horseing around, etc) and plus there was a police car RIGHT there, so if anything bad happened, they would stop it, right?

The cries for help were loud. OMG, I realized it was bad. I saw the two men on the ground, the 4 others pulling off their clothing and doing things in the dim light from the street lights in the shadows of the trees. I looked at the puglice car, and the two pigs inside were just watching. Maybe they didn't realize what was happening, I thought. I ran over to get the attention of the police. While I did, I think I saw the flash of a camera, and someone ran away north up Stockton (an African-American male with a green shirt). I guess he was a passerby and took a photo, but scared he might be attacked too, he fled. I don't blame him.) I ran to the puglice car, and saw the two pigs inside indeed were watching the brutal attack (at this point it was clearly rape, but I cannot bring myself to go into detail) The pigs were smiling and laughing at jokes between themselves. I slammed my palms on their car's hood, and they jumped, relaxed, and waved me away, saying somehting about help is on the way. The windows were rolled up so I cannot be sure.

Not knowing what to do, I paced in circles on the grass between the street and the sidewalk, and then a car pulled up on the street near the rape and slowed down next to the attack. I guess the driver was trying to figure out what was going on under the trees. Seconds later, the 4 attackers were pulling their pants up and running away, and their two victims lay on the ground. I was scared, so I ran north, away from the fleeing attackers. I am a coward. I left the two innocents lay on the ground with the puglice laughing nearby. I am a coward, so I want to atone for my sins by helping these two out. If anyone, like the driver of the car or the African-American man who took the photo, saw anything or captured any video or photos of the incident, we need to do something! I don't know what. But we cannot let homosexual rapes like this continue as the San Jose puglice do nothing and laugh about it!

STOP THE RAPE! STOP PUGLICE ATROCITY!
