Referendum against Redevelopment and the Bayview Project Area going strong

Mayor Gavin Newsom did not get a mandate in this City and County of San Francisco when he ran against Matt Gonzalez for Mayor. Gavin Newsom used corrupt means to win and won by 4 points. He did not get a mandate and should remember that every single day of his life.

He won just by 4 point and Matt Gonzalvez did very well on Election Day. However, the absentee ballots came to the rescue of Mayor Gavin Newsom and put in place a very corrupt and RACIST Mayor in City Hall.

Mayor Gavin Newsom has been meeting behind close doors with major developers all very corrupt planning ways to take over huge areas of land in the Visitation Valley, Bayview Hunters Point, Executve Park areas using the very corrupt San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA).

Aiding Mayor Gavin Newsom are his cronies Marcia Rosen, Jesse Blout, Michael Cohen, Don Fisher, Walter Shorestein, Richard Blum, Diane Feinstein, and a host of other crooks that purport to believe that they can steal, loot, and manage the affairs of ordinary constituents of San Francisco. They want to steal huge tracts of land to build huge facilities and tall high density buildings. They do not care about Quality of Life issues.

The last frontier is the Bayview Hunters Point.

The Bayview has some of the best homes, large and beautiful. Over 60 percent of the people in the Bayview own their homes. 60 percent in the rest of the City rent their homes.

Crime is found in Public Housing but the Media likes to push their own agenda and people think all over the Bayview crime is on the increase.

The crime can be attributed to Sophina Maxwell the most inept, corrupt, ignorant, and very arrogant District 10 Supervisor.

She must be removed because she pretends she is a House Negro and a seasoned Uncle Tom. This woman has caused too much damage to the constituents of Bayview Hunters Point and at this time is in bed with Gavin Newsom and working with corrupt developers. She is on the take and has taken money from Lennar BVHP LLC through one Roy Wills a conduit for Lennar.

Gavin Newsom wants to bring the Summer Olympics to San Francisco - 2016.

Gavin Newsom will not be able too because his plan is founded on dreams and the backing of corrupt developers that want to steal the land and use San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) to build facilties and tall buildings to accomodate greed and materialism. They all have their sights on Bayview Hunters Point.

Gavin Newsom is not about Quality of Life issues - he is about money and status quo helping the rich get richer. The Gettys have had a big influence on the poor boy who has yet to grow up.

The Referendum in on and the majority of San Franciscans sincerely believe that the crooks and SFRA will move into other areas as they did at Mission Bay, and before that the Fillmore, now the Bayview Hunters Point and tomorrow it may be the Avenues.

Crooked developers and folks like Marcia Rosen will use Eminent Domain, Blight, Tax Increment, and any other ploys to steal land that does not belong to them. Most of the crooks do not live in the City they come here to play havoc. Check out the facts.

SFRA has not served San Francisco and this Agency should be audit by the City Controller.

In all these years SFRA has not been audited. Let the City Controller state to the constituents of San Francisco the amount of money that goes into the General Fund from Property Taxes and Business Taxes ( over 5000 small businesses) all in the affected Project Area to be controlled by SFRA. If SFRA has it way it will take all that money and make more using Tax Increment.

It is time the constituents of San Francisco face the devil and take it by the horns and bring it down once and for all.

Gavin Newsom has no balls he is a coward always using ploys to further his image.

He cares more about his hair then he does for the people. This idiotic Mayor thinks he knows something when time and time again he make a fool of himself.

He thought he was going somewhere with same sex marriage but he shot himself in the foot. He thought he was doing something great playing basket ball at Hunters Point but the crime increased - all he had in mind was WiFi without due process in the Public Housing Projects at Double Rock. He is going no where with this project and stupid ploy.

Today people suffering from AIDS are worse off. They have little housing and less medical attention and this is a shame. What AIDS patients need is care, caring, and compassion not talk. Check the facts and you will agree with me that AIDS patients are worse off today under Gavin Newsom. There can be NO pride when so many suffer - each and every day without basic care.

Our youth are worse off and many are being killed. We have over 250 Police Officers less on our streets. Less facilities for our youth. In the Bayview most recreational facilities have been shut down or demolished - Joseph Lee Gym, the Boys and Girls Club on Kiska Road, the Milton Meyer Auditorium - what the *uck is happening?

Our 911 is in a mess and the Dispatchers not paid and fewer to manage a huge volume of calls.

The 911 is in a mess but Gavin Newsom wants to spend $11 million to put in place a 311 system with NO detail organization, no business plan, and again cronies making huge salaries.

For every 28 constituents we have one City worker. Most of them hired by Gavin Newsom regime are inept.

Too many stupid, inexperienced Young Turks serve Gavin Newsom among them Rigone, Tourk, and many lesbians that love being around the bisexual Mayor. No work is done except lot of Media Hype and Spin.

There is only so much of Pussyfooting that anyone can take.

Gavin Newsom you cannot fool all the people all the time. You should take PRIDE in your City by serving all the people. Today, you serve the demon and the crooked developers.

We in the Bayview Hunters Point and surrounding area are watching you and will give you a hard fight. This time around you will have to lick your chops sans any gravy.
