AUMOHD July 7, 2006 Port-Au-Prince
According to the witnesses interviewed by AUMOHD investigators sent to the site, it was a follow-up to the massacre which took place last August 20 and 21, 2005. It must be noted that this new massacre against the civilian population of Grand Ravin happened just at the moment when Judge Jean Pères Paul had liberated almost all the presumed perpetrators and accomplices of the first massacre.
