49ers should stay away from Candlestick Park and the surrounding pollution

It is amazing how some corrupt media forces are taunting the 49ers.

The 49ers would do well building a stadium and safe guarding the health and safety of the fans and the players - move anywhere else, but stay away from San Francisco and Candlestick Park.

The new site at Santa Clara is better and can easily over come the right of way that San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) says it can use as a Ace Card.

Susan Leal the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) manager will be long gone. In less then two years SFPUC will have to deal with problems linked to Global Warming and the poor infrastructure that SFPUC has along the coast line in San Francisco.

This infrastructure will suffer damage and time in running out. Salt water will flood the operations that did not cater to the rising tides and salt water at that. If any earthquake strikes SFPUC will have to deal with liquefaction.

The Santa Clara property is big and right now moving the electrical sub-station and planning for good roads and parking - are pertinent but the right of way issue linked to SFPUC is low down the totem pole and should not faze the 49ers.

San Francisco has treated the 49ers shabbily over the years. The Candlestick facility is a joke - it is falling apart and dirty. It is really a health and safety concern but Mayor of San Francisco has been busy with some extra curricula affairs - and failed to deliver on any major issues that benefit the public at large. Recreation and Park should be ashamed of themselves.

Alex Tourk was close to the 49ers and did what he could to improve the relationship with this City. No more, the 49ers understand how faithful the Mayor and this City can be and have an example in Alex Tourk.

The Mayor with intent chose to screw his closest friend and keep it a secret for over a year. Now, think about that - who is their right mind would do that. Only some one very sick in the mind.

This City and our present Mayor Gavin Newsom will use and screw anyone - it is a matter of trust and not Spin and Media - when one deals with decent people having morals. Unfortunately, the White Media does not get it. They think they can print anything and most people are stupid.

Again, the sooner the 49ers cut off all ties with San Francisco and keep the present leases to a minimum the better.

Lennar Corp. is behind the 49ers plans trying their best to bring the 49ers back into Lennar's development plans. Stay way from the scum bags. Stay away from the weasel.

Lennar Corp. has serious problems on Parcel B with methane gas all over the place. The Navy just announced that it will delay the clean up on Parcel B by 18 months.

I had to deliver that message to Michael Cohen - who had not heard it from Amy Brownell his point person, who was on vacation and not attending an important Tech Meeting with the Navy on a Tuesday. That is how our City runs. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

Pay attend Doctor John York and Mr. Jedd York - once bitten twice shy.

For years the City has been lying and the Main Media has not done any investigation reporting.
Hunters Point Naval Shipyard has serious problems and affects a 3 mile radius:

1. It is a Superfund Site with serious pollution problems. It will cost 3 Billion dollars to clean that
area up. Who has that kind of money. The Navy does not and less the City of San Francisco.
Hundreds suffer from cancer and other ailments - now.

2. Global Warming and Climate Change will flood most of the area where the City wants a
stadium and other recreation facilities. No one in their right mind should be investing
money in a cesspool.

3. Lennar Corp. is into "Land Banking" and now trying to work with vested interests outside
the United States to hand over the area under its jurisdiction and near Parcel A for
development. These scum bags do not care for San Franciscans - they want to make
big money.

4. Lennar Corp. is being sued for constantly exposing hundreds to Abestos Dust and other
dangerous chemicals. Lennar Corp. with the blessing of Mayor Gavin Newsom is in deep
trouble or as many would say deep "shit".

5. San Francisco does not have a sound Business Plan and cannot have one without a sound
Economic Plan and Analysis covering the whole City. The City constituents asked for one
in a ballot but this is NOT forth coming from the office of the Mayor Office of Economic
Development and Workforce - under Jessie Blout.

6. Mayor Gavin Newsom has been involved with extra curricula activities and matters such
as Care not Cash, Life Style issues, but failed to take San Francisco to a better place.

7. Our roads have back log of $350 million. Our transportation system stinks. Our infrastructure
is falling apart. SFPUC has 900 miles of sewer pipe and 1968 miles of clean water pipes -
all over 70 years old and leaking. Every day this factor affects the "water shed " and causes
pollution.

8. Our Main Hospital needs to be upgraded - complete with seismic retrofit - this is not a
time factor plan for Mayor Gavin Newsom - this side kick tricks are. Half the time in office
he has been drinking and has allowed his decision making to be impaired. He talks the talk
but cannot walk the walk. His cronies around him are lying and have been lying to Gavin
Newsom - it is all about lies and more lies.

9. The 49ers should focus on a nice site and think holistic. Stay away from the demons that
plague San Francisco and please stay away from Candlestick Park.

10. We have a Court Case against the SF Redevelopment Agency. We collected 33,200 signatures
to stop San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) in its track. Now, you would think
33,200 San Franciscans would think right - but not Mayor Gavin Newsom, Sophie Maxwell,
Aaron Peskin, and Denis Herrera. Eat your cake scum bags - you aint seen anything yet.
