Susan Leal continues to defy constituents from San Francisco
Susan Leal continues to openly defy constituents of San Francisco by wasting millions of dollars. There are instances of blatant discrimination, waste of millions of dollars, projects that are months behind the time lines, and hiring of consultants and inner circle friends NOT based on experience -costing tax payers millions of dollars.
Susan Leal the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) Manager continues to defy the constituents of San Francisco.
The Clean Water Projects are way behind time. The SF Controller's audit has pointed to the SFPUC the various issues that need to be taken care of - but nothing is being done.
Susan Leal continues to hire friends who are NOT qualified but close to her and her life style. Most of them making over $150,000 per year.
San Franciscans would do better to get rid of this Berber Woman - who is making $300,000 more then the President of the United States.
Susan Leal is not an engineer but a waster and a liability to San Francisco.
The Hetch Hetchy Project is in a mess and now Susan wants to deal with the Waste Water. She thinks she can force the constituents to vote for a Bond Measure - but this time she will be told to go take a hike.
Today, at City Hall in Room 250 speaker after speaker - spoke about SFPUC and it lack of accountability and transparency.
There is blatant discrimination at SFPUC and Susan Leal and her cronies keep stressing out anyone that speaks the truth.
