Cop Watch Downtown Santa Cruz. November

This will be an ongoing post throughout November, anyone is welcome to cop watch. This is simply something that needs doing. I film every arrest I see even if I think it is legitimate. This will be ongoing. I know and see other cop watchers out there. I hope you will post here as well. Selective Enforcement of laws that affect the poor, consumers being allowed to walk there dogs while the poor and homeless get ticketed is rampant and blatant. Tickets being issued, and some being forgiven by meter maids. Harassment or excessive force. People have different opinions of how they want our police to act. I would like to see street police unarmed like in some parts of Europe. I would like and end to the drug war and prosecution of crimes of necessity, like sleeping.

Below is video from an arrest at about 12:30pm today of a Homeless Man for unknown reasons, but as I drove by he was being manhandled. When I got to him 5 minutes later, he was in the car. The officer did not respond when I asked what he was arrested for. The second is Halloween shot by Huff, whom I support. The video audio had issues, so the full interview in audio is below the Halloween Video. More to come shortly.
