So they have just begun patrolling neighborhoods unsolicited? Has there been an uptick in crime, or a general dissatisfaction with the SDPD which has given this private company a void to fill?

this group is as alarming now as it was to me the day i first experianced it. this is what i wrote on that day:

I am writing this to you, because frankly i feel like people need a heads up.
I am writing to tell you of an event that disturbs me quite a bit,and i'm reaching out to people i have read or
listened to and i admire your work and think that you may be interested in this, so here i go.
My name is alan straight, and i am a 28 year resident of san diego california. On february 29th at approximately
2:00 pm , after shopping at a local strip mall, i was waiting at a busy stop light, imperial avenue at the
southbound offramp of the 805 freeway. My car was 3 cars, behind the first, waiting for the light to change. All
of a sudden, a police type vehicle , dark brown (almost black), sped into the intersection and stopped. Essentially
blocking all traffic, this official looking vehicle had those really rapidly flickering strobe kind of lights on its
roof and front end, all amber in color, and tinted windows, and right away i had a feeling that there was
something different about all this.
Immediately after stopping , a well dressed, uniformed, (same dark brown as the car), badged and armed officer
got out and into the intersection. Immediately after that , two motorcycle cops in the same brown uniforms and
helmets showed up. The bikes were the same brown. The swiftness of all of these arrivals was startling and i
began wondering what this agency was and what was up, because traffic was ok and no lights or signals were
out of order.
All of the officers were wearing sunglasses and the guy from the car started directing traffic slowly from the
freeway offramp and through the intersection one at a time. As the cars were filing by one at a time, i saw that
they were really scrutinizing drivers and what could be in each car. I was sitting there thinking all this was really
different because i had never seen this agency before and i couldn't imagine what they were in search of.
After watching for about a minute and a half, the main guy began to let my lane of cars through the intersection
and as i approached and passed by slowly i really wanted to see what it said on the side of the car, in a very large
official looking seal it said , DEPT. OF NATIONAL SAFETY !!!
i felt a chill and felt like i was seeing a ufo or something. It sounded so innocuous because the guys and car
looked so menacing. It reminded me of what i had seen and heard of blackwater, i couldn't wait to get home and
find out more about them. As i drove up to the light on the other side of the freeway overpass and stopped i kept
watching in my rearview as all three vehicles sped away in the opposite direction with their lights still flashing.
When i arrived home , i tried to find the department of national safety in the phonebook, couldn't, and then
called san diego city attorney mike aguirre to see if he knew of this agency . The guy i talked to told me he did
not know of it and that i should call homeland security. I didnt want to call them but i did want to know if this
was one of their divisions so i called. The woman on the other end wanted my story , told me that it wasn't part
of DHS and agreed that this was odd. I feel like she humored me. She didn't know how i could find out more or
who i should call. I also called my local congress. Rep. Bob filner, but nothing. I left a message.
I really feel like what i saw was something eventful. No one else at the intersection seemed the least bit curious
let alone concerned (sheep) and everyone obeyed instructions.
I will finish this by saying that although i occasionally feel officials overstep their authority, i am not particularly
anti police or anything like that and i am very cautious when people speak of conspiracy, but, this has really
freaked me out!! a national “safety” group with this kind of power that officially doesn't exist !, i feel like im in a
movie or something, but i know what i saw. I'm sure of it.
I have thought of some possible explanations.
Filming a movie- no
transportation safety-no
someone playing a joke- no
did i read the situation or misread the emblem on the car- no no no !
I just feel like i need to tell someone who might be interested or give me an explanation. Thanks for your time

Here in Ocean Beach, and I am told in El Cajon as well, the police presence has been almost entirely replaced by groups that were formed under the auspices of neighborhood watch, but operate as citizen patrols, with a hand signal system dierectly based upon the Stasi secret police of east germany. Snitches. They have the blessing of the DOJ and the various LE agencies in the DOJ work with them, local LE also wortk with them.
I wouldn't be surprised if these corporate patrol uniforms show up in the closets of my neighborhood snitches.
Folks, this snitch system, and the corporate patrols as well, wipes their ass with the constitution every day they exist.
We MUST join and stop this movement now.

Doug Frost has been fleecing his private security accounts for years. He'll work hard to get a contract with a property for security and when asked to prove his company's time on the actual property, they can barely show 15% of the promised time on the job.

why national public safety dont pay there employees

This company attempted to pull me over on Hwy 94 with their Amber Light Bar and Law Enforcement looking patrol car. I went straight to CHP who thoroughly investigated it and got them to admit that they were running radar on public streets! They still to this day refuse to change their patches to include the wording "Private Security" as CA B&P Code 7582 requires! Go and look for a more reputable security company for your guard and patrol needs...
