Is Canada guilty of war crimes?

The Planning and Doing of Aggressive War is the Supreme International Crime on the planet earth, as it actuates all other crimes and sets off a wave of reactionary movements throughout the planet, driving the matter-in-motion back towards a new dark age.

This anti-fascist covenant world law was brought into being by the anti-fascist fighters of the second world war. The Nuremberg Trials which was chaired by the U.S. Judge Jackson wrote it into international world law, and further made known that it is the supreme international crime whether Germany does it or the U.S.A. does it.

Neo-Con Canada is indeed a lawless wrecker in this regard, and is guilty of war crimes for planning and doing of Aggressive war as regards Afghanistan, while following the U.S. Imperialist lying baton. It is indeed noted in the Canadian Parliament by the opposition to the government, that the Harper Dictatorship has used every and all means to 'keep the lid on', and censor all information that it is required by law to give to the opposition on the question of turning over prisoners of war to the U.S. puppet army of Afghanistan which is known to torture, and was trained to do so by the U.S. military. As a Vietnam Veteran you know of course the U.S. Military tortures and does so in all of its wars of aggression, par example the tiger cages manufactured in California and given to the U.S. Puppet Army in Vietnam.

The opposition there by defeated the minority Harper government because the opposition had a majority in the parliament itself. They had much talk about how Harper was in contempt and violation of Parliamentary procedures. Harper lamented the fact that he had a minority and called an election to get a majority.

He then on May 2nd, 2011 was elected by 23.4% of the eligible voters and that by Jerry Mandering and Robo calls of disinformation made him majority government PM. My self I am thankful for the Arabs teaching the science of mathematics to the world, so I know looking at the numbers that his 23.4% vote of the eligible voters is not a majority. His governance therefore is untruthful as he does not have the solidarity of the vast majority of Canadians. The 76.6% that purposely avoided voting, or voted for parties that opposed his violation of Parliament prodedures, because they plainly don't want to be betrayed by Conservatives or Liberals as has been the case since both those parities sold war materials to the Nazis-fascist axis powers during the thirties while denighing a living wage to their own working classes.

Unfortunatly the two Empire parties, liberal and conservative, are the only ones that have ruled in Canada and that largely by fraud and deception. The real need is for a workers state and that real majority to create a society the serves to end lying and exploiting of the Canadian Working classes, and in that way to distibute the public treasury in the most equitable way, without aggressive war and toxic pollution for money.

They did that while claiming they were broke. In the thirties when the Aggressive war they financed broke out they suddenly had surprising billions which showed up right away for aggressive war. Yes you are doing the correct thing John McNamer. You have touched the real reason that the Canadian public does not have much faith in Bourgeois Democracy anymore as it says one thing to get elected and then does the opposite when in power behind closed doors.

And now we witness the farce of extorting multipules of billions for a phony plane called the 35 lougheed Martin stealth plane that is phoney and unable to match Canadian planes such as the Avro-arrow which the Progressive Conservatives scrubbed before in the sixties.

They are presently into selling out Canada to the U.s. Imperialists and world monopolies so the Canadian people will be ruled by foreign monopolies. We got rid of one Empire, and now they have sold out to mainly the war making U.S. Imperialist Empire who now own and control all of Canada's railways, hence all Canada's resources.

Canadian workers and people built this country and by rights and lefts should own and control it. Thusly to get out of foreign Empires' controling them, and so they could live in a free and independent country. The vast majority of Canadians want nothing to do with the War Making Neo-Con govt. sitting in Ottawa and plotting wars of aggression, illegal by the Nuremburg Trials.

However the plan must be to defeat the Harper Regime and undo the damage he has done to the Canadian First Nations, Woman's centres, the CBC, Cdn. artists, ClC-Canadian labour Congress, NDP socialist Canada, Green Party environmental laws he deleted, and Cjouncil of Canadians for Canadian sovereignty.

Harper's first meeting after he was elected in May 2nd 2011, was a foreign affairs meeting in which he bought 1,300 bombs at 100,000 dollars each to drop on Libya. That is 130,000,000 dollars to destroy the society that had full employment, free health care, free education, and a surplus of multiples of tens of billions of dollars in its treasury. Don't mistake it, he has devastated Libya and the fighting is taking place by armed militias each trying to claim they are the government, and destitution and starvation, murder, and lawless wrecking abounts in that country to this day.

That is Harper's internationalism. War mongering with the public treasury against the will of the Canadian people. Remember he is doing all this with only 23.4% of the vote. Such lies cannot go on forever and because of that he will be defeated by the Canadian majority, and if the ICC hasn't been bought out yet by the Imperialists you could win liberation side globally.

In truth they can only find Neo-Con Canada guilty of the supreme worst war crimes in international world law. Workers of the world unite!! End pollution wars, not endless wars for more and more pollution. You yet have a world to win!!
