If you missed the live version of the Street Heat radio show (Friday, June 26) you can listen to it here, online. Pam and I had three topics and 5 guests.

1) We talked to Dean Preston, the executive director of Tenants Together and local TT organizer Simone Cranston-Rhodes about tenant rights and the struggle to improve living conditions in Fresno and throughout the state.

2) Was a conversation about Global Warming with Jim Grant who spoke about the Catholic Church’s view on this issue and Tom Cotter who talked about local grassroots organizing to save the planet.

3) Howard Watkins told us about his Photographic Archive Project and the exhibit of his work in the CSU-Fresno library.

Street Heat is on KFCF 88.1 FM
The 4th Friday of every month
5 - 6 p.m.

Pam Whalen is the host and Mike Rhodes is the producer and board operator.
