by Ted Rudow III, MA (Tedr77 [at] aol.com)
I went to Superior Court of California,Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015 to appear before Judge Persky.
The Elder Abuse section: An ill or otherwise disabled person of any age may be abused by a caregiver, family member, friend or neighbor. Elder Abuse- It state: report Elder abuse-Psychological Abuse- infliction of mental anguish by demeaning, name-calling, insulting, frightening and threatening and it has happen number of times.

It been going on for nearly 5 years. I received the restraining order for David Shippen for 5 years, Wednesday Jan. 28, 2015. Two another persons files a restaining order against him. He will be trial in court, June 14, 2016 on assault and start a riot. Beatriz E. Lopez, staff Attorney for SALA, were file a restraining order for Elder Abuse against David Shippen.

"I am writing this letter in regards to Ted (Henry) Rudow who suffered a fairly severe stroke in April, 2012 because of the extreme stress that he underwent due to David Shippen's constant harassment and verbal abuse. I have known Ted for 28 years, and have noticed a significant change in his health and behavior since his stroke and the constant issues involving Mr. Shippen. Before his stroke, Ted was still quite mobile and able to get around with the use of his walker. He would often use Outreach to come and visit me in San Jose, as well as other friends in the vicinity of where he lives. Ever since his stroke, he has been confined to a wheelchair and is pretty much home-bound. He no longer has the capability to fully take care of himself."
