Palestine: A forgotten issue in the 2016 Elections

Both Democrats and Republicans have voted to give billions of dollars every year to the racist state of Israel to oppress the Palestinian people.  Yet, the issue of Palestine was not brought up once in the 3 presidential debates this year.  We will view an episode of the Empire Files, with Abby Martin, who recently returned from The West Bank. The episode gives a first-hand look into two of the most attacked refugee camps in the West Bank.

A talk and discussion on Palestine, Israel and the 2016 election will follow.

Tanto los demócratas como los republicanos han votado para dar miles de millones de dólares cada año al estado racista de Israel para oprimir al pueblo palestino. Sin embargo, el asunto de Palestina no fue discutido ni una vez en los 3 debates presidenciales de este año. En nuestro foro veremos un episodio del programa televisivo "Empire Files", por la reconocida periodista Abby Martin, que acaba de regresar de Cisjordania. El episodio da una mirada de primera mano de los dos campos de refugiados más atacados.

Una charla y discusión sobre Palestina, Israel y las elecciones de 2016 seguirán.
