NUREMBERG TRIALS: (1945-46)

tHE u.s. jUDGE who chaired the Trials wrote into world law that the planning and doing of Aggressive War is the Supreme International Crime on the Planet Earth, as it actuates all other crimes high, low, big, and small. This is how he exactly says that ...."War is an essentially evil thing....to initiate a war of aggression, therefore, is not just an internation war crime; it is the Supreme Internaiional crime, differing, only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole". He further says that aggressive war is the supreme crime on Earth whether Germany does it or the U.S.A. does it, and as new International Law whether any other empire does it.

The crisis world wide has reached such proportions that worldwide ecological balances of the planets webs-of-life are comming undone. Such is the mild wordage called CLIMATE CHANGE. That is in all fields such as economically, politically, judicially, culturally, religio-wise and suddenly militarily.

This means that the break with fossil fuels has become a necessity, and the dull monopoly Capitalist governments controlling the markets of the world are not respondng correctly to the world's ecological organic and inorganic necessity of life basing, but are pushing for more and more polllution causing dead end fossil fuels to fulfill their gouging profit margins for paper pushing investors.

Money can and should be used only to change the direction of the economy towards the new economies needs, and not to continue towards pollution aggressive wars destruction of the real world. Money can and should be used to oppose aggressive wars and that is done by investing in and suppoting the peoples liberation from destructive unjust causes, and all areas of the economy that exploits the living webs-of-life globally.

Such can be done by Re-tooling the industrial revolution to renewable energy such as wind, tidal, and solar power that transforms to electicity, and is more power than all the fossil fuels combined. The anti-fascist side for liberation fought the second world war to end Aggressive war as any nations foreign pollicy and so that exploitation would not coninue to wreak havoc on the webs-of-life for unjustified monies.

That is the reason the Charter of the United Nations reads that the Charter forms the United Nations for the purpose of making war just a long distant memory for the comming generations. Too bad the Imperialist countries do not allow it to carry through that completely just law of reasoning.

Compimentory to this liberation document is the real idea that women being half the population born into the world, should therefore be elected to access half the law making per calander year. Fifty-fifty electing and law making was what the empires of the world ended when they conquored the entire working classes globally, while adopting the slaving systems against workers freedoms, and although they have gone historically, their dreadful laws of censorship and oppression have not ceased to function amongst the superstructures in Canada and America, and most every other country that was ruled by Empires for any length of time.
