On April 7, Trump ordered missile strikes on Syria, escalating a war that has been going on for more than six years. While claiming to be fighting extremely reactionary forces like ISIS and Al-Qaeda, the U.S. leaders bombed the main force fighting the reactionaries—the Syrian army. Trump pretended to be motivated by the suffering of Syrian civilians, but every day the U.S. is bombing civilians in Iraq, Syria and Yemen, killing hundreds in the past month alone. Where is this latest U.S. intervention leading? What are the dangers it poses for U.S.-Russia relations? How can we build the movement against war and oppression?

El 7 de abril, Trump ordenó ataques con misiles contra Siria, intensificando una guerra que ha estado sucediendo por más de seis años. Al afirmar que luchaban fuerzas extremadamente reaccionarias como Estado Islámico (ISIS) y Al-Queda, los líderes estadounidenses bombardearon la fuerza principal que combate a  los reaccionarios—el ejército sirio. Trump fingió estar motivado por el sufrimiento de los civiles sirios, pero cada día los EE.UU. están bombardeando a civiles en Irak, Siria y Yemen, matando a cientos en el ultima mes.  ¿A dónde se dirige está la última intervención estadounidense? ¿Cuáles son los peligros que representa para las relaciones entre EE.UU. y Rusia? ¿Cómo podemos construir el movimiento contra la guerra y la opresión?2969 Calle Mission esquiná de la calle 25 y 26, acerca de BART/24 St., MUNI #14, 49.
