Angel Ramos was killed in his own home in Vallejo on January 23, 2017 by Vallejo PD Officer Zachary Jacobsen. Angel Ramos was only 21 years old. The family has yet to see a copy of the coroner’s report. Angel Ramos didn’t have to die!

The family and the Anti Police-Terror Project are asking everyone to flood the phones of Vallejo Police Chief Andrew Bidou on Monday, April 10, demanding the resignation or termination of Officer Jacobsen. Jacobsen, who has been on the VPD since 2012, makes $103,000/year. Save the city of Vallejo this money and fire him!
