Global Warming and Poverty
Many Low income and Communities of Color through out the world have been hollering and saying to anyone who would listen the "TOXICS ARE KILLING US" now we see this type of potential withholding of funds towards Africa. Had we listened to the communities that were asking to be saved from the toxics would we be at Global Warming's deadly doorstep. Environmental Racism does show that it can boomerang.
