FBI Opens Emergency Command Post In Bay Area
(KCBS) - The FBI has opened an emergency command post in the Bay Area to deal with any possible terrorist activity while the war in Iraq is underway. KCBS Reporter Ron Naso says the command post is at an undisclosed location.
Officials say the thirty member task force at the emergency command center is made up of FBI agents and analysts who are armed with phones, computers, and a bank of television sets that monitor what is going on in the Bay Area.
